Pipette for Sample of Wine
Glass extraction pipette 350 ml for liquid sampling.
Designed for barrels, tanks, and oenological control. With ergonomic handles and a safety sphere.
The glass extractor pipette is a specialized instrument designed for manual liquid sampling in barrels, tanks, and storage containers, and is especially used in the enological sector for quality control of wines, musts, beers, and spirits. Its glass construction provides adequate chemical compatibility and allows for direct visualization of the content during operation.
With a length of 64 cm and a maximum capacity of 350 ml, this device facilitates the extraction of samples from different depths, allowing for more reliable representations of the container's content. It incorporates two ergonomic handles that improve stability and control during handling, along with a safety sphere that optimizes liquid management.
Operation is based on a direct immersion system. The pipette is introduced into the liquid until the desired level is reached, after which the upper end is sealed with a finger to retain the sample. Subsequently, it is removed from the container and the upper seal is released to allow controlled discharge of the content into an appropriate container.
This instrument is especially useful in enological control processes, sensory analysis, and quality verification in storage tanks. Its simple and functional design allows for efficient operation without the need for auxiliary systems.
For safety reasons, oral aspiration is not recommended, especially due to the volume of liquid handled and the possible nature of the substances analyzed. It is always advised to use controlled procedures to ensure safe handling.
The extractor pipette is an essential tool for professionals in the food and laboratory sector who require precision, reliability, and ease of use in liquid sampling.
