Generally, orders are shipped the same day we receive the order, unless you indicate a specific preference.

Una vez nos hayas contactado, te solicitaremos que nos envíes imágenes del paquete recepcionado, incluyendo cualquier daño visible en el embalaje y los productos afectados. You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To initiate a return process, you must contact our Customer Service at the email info@labcomercial.com and you will receive a response by email with detailed instructions to complete the return process.

The goods must be dispatched within five working days from the start of processing.

Only products in their original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted. Products that have been used, altered or modified will not be accepted, nor those that are not eligible for return according to our policies.

Once the return is accepted and the material is received, a credit invoice will be processed (deducting the amount from your next order).
