The digital homogenizer is designed for applications requiring intensive and controlled mixing, such as fragmentation, emulsification, dispersion, polymerization, and material integration in scientific and industrial environments. Its advanced configuration makes it a versatile tool for biotechnology, medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and petrochemical laboratories.

It incorporates a high-strength SS316 stainless steel head, 18 mm in diameter and 222 mm in length, allowing it to work at depths ranging from 45 to 160 mm. This design guarantees durability, chemical resistance, and optimal performance even under demanding conditions.

The equipment has an LED screen that facilitates clear visualization of operating parameters, as well as a memory function to store the selected speed, improving process repeatability. It includes a programmable timer from 1 to 1,000 minutes, with the option of continuous operation according to the needs of the test.

The adjustable speed range between 2,000 and 28,000 rpm allows it to adapt to different types of samples and viscosities, offering a high level of control in homogenization. It is suitable for working volumes between 50 and 1,500 ml, covering a wide variety of applications.

The system incorporates high-durability PTFE bearings, contributing to stable and prolonged operation. With a total weight of 8.7 kg, the equipment has a robust structure that ensures stability during use.
