The JIPO porcelain crucible lid is designed to provide protection, stability, and performance in laboratory processes involving high temperatures. Manufactured from C110 technical porcelain and with an enameled finish, it offers excellent thermal and chemical resistance, guaranteeing a long service life even under intensive use conditions.
Its design ensures precise coupling with JIPO crucibles, allowing an effective seal without interfering with the correct air circulation during thermal processes. The enameled surface —except in the support area— facilitates cleaning, reduces residue adhesion, and improves resistance against chemical agents.
This lid is especially suitable for applications such as fusion, calcination, incineration, and thermal treatment of materials, being widely used in laboratories, the metallurgical industry, ceramics, jewelry, and academic settings.
JIPO porcelain presents a high thermal tolerance, withstanding temperatures of up to 1350 °C in unglazed areas and up to 1000 °C on enameled surfaces.
