Technical porcelain evaporation capsules are designed for applications requiring high thermal resistance and mechanical stability, being especially suitable for evaporation, calcination, carbonization, and fusion processes of substances.

Manufactured from a composition of clay, quartz, and feldspar (3Al₂O₃ · 2SiO₂), these capsules offer robust performance against high temperatures, reaching up to 1,150 °C. Their rounded bottom structure favors uniform heat distribution, optimizing efficiency in thermal processes.

The glazed finish on the inner surface and the outer perimeter facilitates cleaning, reduces residue adhesion, and improves chemical resistance against a wide variety of agents.

To ensure safe use, direct contact with the flame is recommended to be avoided. Their optimal use is in ovens or through indirect heating. If used with a Bunsen burner, it is advisable to interpose a wire gauze to distribute heat and prevent thermal stress.

These capsules constitute a versatile solution in chemical analysis laboratories, research, teaching, as well as in sectors such as metallurgy, ceramics, jewelry, or the pharmaceutical industry, where a reliable material is required for demanding thermal treatments.
