JIPO medium-form porcelain crucibles are designed for applications requiring high thermal and chemical resistance, such as melting, calcination, incineration, and heat treatment processes of materials in the laboratory and industry.
Made of high-quality technical porcelain, composed of clay, quartz, and feldspar, they offer excellent structural stability even under direct flame exposure and high temperatures. Their maximum working temperature reaches up to 1350 °C in the absence of glaze and approximately 1000 °C in vitrified areas.
The glazed finish—present on the entire surface except the base—provides an impermeable structure that prevents the absorption of substances, facilitates cleaning, and improves resistance to acids, bases, and solvents. This feature helps maintain the integrity of the material and prolong its useful life under intensive use conditions.
Its medium-form geometry offers a balance between capacity and thermal distribution, allowing for uniform heating and comfortable handling. It is especially suitable for the treatment of chemical substances, alloys, and noble metals such as gold and silver.
These crucibles comply with international standards such as EN 1183 and ISO 1775, ensuring quality and reliability in demanding environments. They are available in different sizes and capacities, adapting to multiple experimental and productive needs.
They are widely used in analytical chemistry, metallurgy, ceramics, pharmacy, jewelry, and educational environments, where a resistant, durable, and reliable material is required against extreme thermal conditions.
