JIPO low-form porcelain crucibles are designed for applications that require high thermal and chemical resistance, such as melting, calcination, incineration, and thermal treatment processes of materials in laboratories and industry.

Manufactured from high-quality refractory porcelain, composed of clay, quartz, and feldspar, they offer excellent structural stability even under direct flame exposure or sudden temperature changes. Their maximum working temperature reaches up to 1350 °C in the absence of glaze and approximately 1000 °C in the glazed areas.

The glazed finish—present on the entire surface except for the base—provides an impermeable structure that prevents substance absorption, facilitates cleaning, and improves resistance against acids, bases, and solvents. This feature helps to extend the lifespan of the crucible even under intensive use conditions.

Its low-profile design favors a larger thermal exposure surface, which is particularly useful in processes where a more direct and uniform heat transfer is required. It is suitable for the treatment of chemical substances, metals, and alloys, including noble metals like gold and silver.

These crucibles comply with international standards such as EN 1183 and ISO 1775, ensuring quality and reliability. They are available in different sizes, with capacities ranging from 2.5 ml to 62 ml, adapting to different experimental and productive needs.

They are widely used in analytical chemistry, metallurgy, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, jewelry, and educational environments, where a resistant, durable material capable of withstanding extreme conditions is required.
