The low-form beakers are made of borosilicate glass 3.3 and produced in the Czech Republic in accordance with DIN 12331 and ISO 3819 standards, which guarantees dimensional precision, constant quality, and reliability in laboratory applications.
Their flattened geometry provides greater stability during use, facilitating mixing, heating, and handling of liquids. They are designed to withstand multiple autoclave sterilization cycles, making them especially suitable for intensive work environments.
Borosilicate glass 3.3 stands out for its excellent chemical resistance against water, saline solutions, acids, alkalis, and most common reagents. It presents limitations only against hydrofluoric acid and concentrated bases at high temperatures. Its low coefficient of thermal expansion (3.3) gives it high resistance to thermal shock, making it suitable for processes with abrupt temperature changes.
This material also features high hydrolytic resistance (Class 1), acid resistance (Class 1), and good behavior against bases (Class 2), ensuring stability and durability in demanding applications. Its composition is mainly based on silica (80.00%) and boron oxide (12.50%), along with other components that reinforce its mechanical and chemical properties.
Available in a wide range of volumes—from 5 ml up to 10,000 ml—these containers adapt to multiple analytical needs. They incorporate a graduated scale based on capacity, allowing for a quick estimation of the contained volume.
These beakers constitute an essential element in analysis, research, education, and industry laboratories, offering an optimal combination of resistance, precision, and versatility.
A robust and reliable solution for demanding scientific operations.
