Nahita Series 636 Plus incubators are designed for the incubation, maintenance, and conservation of microbiological cultures and biological samples in laboratory environments that require stable and controlled thermal conditions. Their configuration combines precision, thermal uniformity, and operational reliability, adapting to applications in microbiology, biotechnology, food analysis, cosmetics, and biochemistry.
The external structure is made of epoxy-coated steel, while the stainless steel interior provides high resistance to chemical agents, also facilitating cleaning and maintenance. The front access incorporates a double-glass door that allows direct observation of the samples without altering the internal temperature conditions, avoiding thermal losses during the process.
The natural convection heating system ensures homogeneous heat distribution throughout the chamber, favoring the uniform development of cultures. Control is performed via a digital panel with an LED screen and a tactile keyboard, allowing the temperature to be adjusted in 1 °C increments and operating times to be programmed with precision.
The working range is from ambient temperature plus 5 °C up to 80 °C, covering the usual incubation needs in the laboratory. The equipment incorporates a safety system against overheating with optical and acoustic signaling, guaranteeing the protection of both the samples and the device itself.
Each unit is supplied with two height-adjustable trays that allow optimizing the internal space according to the size of the containers. Adjustable feet facilitate leveling the equipment on different surfaces, contributing to its stability during operation.
