Haemostatic Forceps
Stainless steel hemostatic forceps with ratchet closure (120 mm and 140 mm).
Straight and curved models for precise hemostatic control. Sterilizable and resistant for clinical use.
The stainless steel hemostatic forceps with a ratchet locking system are designed for temporary hemostatic control and secure clamping of tissues and vascular structures in clinical, veterinary, and training procedures. Its locking mechanism allows pressure to be maintained without continuous effort, facilitating precision and stability during the intervention.
Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, they offer excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life, even after multiple sterilization cycles. The serrated jaws ensure a firm and controlled grip, minimizing slippage during use.
The set includes three variants that adapt to different operative needs: the 120 mm straight mosquito model, especially suitable for precision work in confined spaces; the 140 mm straight version, which provides greater reach and control in standard interventions; and the 140 mm curved model, designed to facilitate access to deep or difficult-to-see areas, improving maneuverability in the operative field.
The ratchet system allows the pressure level to be progressively adjusted, ensuring reliable and repeatable locking throughout the procedure. Its anatomical design favors comfortable and stable handling, reducing fatigue in prolonged interventions.
These forceps are compatible with ultrasonic cleaning and autoclave sterilization, complying with usual reprocessing protocols in healthcare settings. Their versatility and reliability make them an essential instrument for professionals who require precise control, safety, and durability in tissue manipulation.
