The amber-colored borosilicate 3.3 glass bottles with an ISO GL32 thread are designed for the safe storage and precise handling of laboratory substances. Manufactured according to DIN ISO 4796, they offer reliable performance against thermal variations and chemical agents, making them suitable for demanding applications.
The amber glass provides an effective barrier against ultraviolet radiation, protecting photosensitive compounds and helping to maintain the stability of samples during storage. Its borosilicate 3.3 composition guarantees high chemical resistance against aqueous solutions, acids, moderate alkalis, and organic compounds, with the exception of hydrofluoric acid and concentrated bases at high temperatures.
These containers incorporate white silkscreen printed graduations that facilitate volume reading, along with an identification area and traceability system, allowing for efficient sample control. The graduated design provides precision in measuring and dosing operations.
The GL32 closure system includes a blue polypropylene cap and an anti-drip pouring ring, providing a tight seal and controlled pouring that prevents spills during use. The closure components are resistant to sterilization processes, withstanding autoclaving at 121 °C and higher temperatures under controlled conditions.
The bottle allows for steam sterilization up to 134 °C, enabling its reuse in environments requiring strict hygienic conditions. Available in multiple volumes, this solution combines protection, precision, and durability, adapting to laboratory and industry needs where reliable and controlled storage of sensitive substances is required.
