Nahita Series 631 Plus and 632 Plus drying ovens are designed for drying, sterilization, dehydration, and thermal treatment applications of samples in laboratory, research, and industry environments. Both series offer precise temperature control and uniform thermal distribution, guaranteeing reproducible results in processes that require stability and accuracy.
The external structure is made of epoxy-coated steel, while the stainless steel inner chamber provides high resistance to chemical agents, corrosion, and high temperatures, also facilitating its cleaning and maintenance. The front door incorporates a double-layer glass that allows the observation of the samples without altering the internal thermal conditions, maintaining the stability of the process.
The equipment is controlled by a digital system with an LED screen and a keyboard, which allows the temperature to be adjusted with 1 °C precision and operating cycles to be programmed according to testing requirements. The operating range spans from 80 °C to 250 °C, covering a wide spectrum of applications in chemistry, biology, material analysis, and quality control.
The 631 Plus Series uses natural convection for heat distribution, being suitable for standard drying and dehydration processes, while the 632 Plus Series incorporates forced convection by fan, improving thermal uniformity and reducing heating and treatment times. This differentiation allows selecting the most appropriate configuration according to the level of demand of the process.
Both series include safety systems against overheating with optical and acoustic signaling, ensuring the protection of the equipment and the samples during operation. They are supplied with height-adjustable internal trays that optimize usable space, as well as adjustable feet that allow correct leveling on the work surface.
