The DIN18 threaded glass containers are designed for the controlled dispensing of liquids using atomization systems, offering a versatile solution for applications in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and perfumery sectors. Manufactured from technical grade soda-lime glass, they provide good chemical compatibility and adequate protection of the contents.
Available in transparent, amber, blue, and green finishes, the colored models incorporate mass pigmentation that acts as a barrier against light radiation, favoring the stability of sensitive formulations. Their geometry allows for comfortable handling and efficient integration into packaging lines and daily use.
The DIN18 (18/410) threaded closure system ensures compatibility with a wide range of atomizers, guaranteeing a firm and sealed coupling. The spraying systems generate a fine and homogeneous mist, especially suitable for aqueous and hydroalcoholic solutions of low or medium viscosity, such as perfumes, lotions, disinfectants, or cosmetic products. Their use is not recommended with dense liquids or high-viscosity oils.
The atomizers are available in polypropylene or aluminum, with different aesthetic finishes (ribbed or smooth), adapting to both technical and presentation needs. They incorporate a trimmable dip tube that allows it to be adjusted to the height of the container, as well as an inner EPE foam disc that reinforces the sealing and reduces the risk of leaks.
