Digital Rotational Viscometer 10-6000000mPas

The Nahita digital rotational viscometer, models 810/3 and 810/30, is designed for the precise measurement of dynamic viscosity in a wide variety of fluids, including oils, paints, varnishes, emulsions, and highly complex solutions. It offers an extended measurement range of 10 to 6,000,000 mPa·s (cP), making it an ideal solution for applications that require analyzing everything from low-viscosity liquids to highly dense products.

The equipment incorporates an electronically controlled stepper motor that guarantees constant and stable rotation, allowing selection between nine speeds: 0.1; 0.3; 0.6; 1.5; 3; 6; 12; 30 and 60 rpm. This wide operating range facilitates adaptation to different rheological behaviors.

It features an accuracy of ±1% and a repeatability of 0.5% in Newtonian fluids, with a minimum resolution of 1 mPa·s. The integration of a 16-bit microchip allows for advanced system control, ensuring reliable and reproducible measurements in demanding environments.

The Autorun function automatically optimizes rotor and speed selection through sequential testing, guaranteeing accurate results without the need for complex manual adjustments. The equipment has a backlit LCD screen, intuitive interface, and RS232 connection for data transfer.

Its robust structure includes a metal base with a spirit level for precise alignment, a column with a rack and pinion system, and a metal fastening clamp that ensures stability during measurement. It is supplied with a spindle holder and a reinforced aluminum case for transport and storage.

Two configurations are presented:

– Model 810/3: includes rotors 1, 2, 3 and 4

– Model 810/30: includes rotors 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4, with rotor 0 being specific for low-viscosity fluids

Both models incorporate a rotor guard and a temperature sensor.

Indicative table of measurement ranges:

– 0.1 rpm: up to 6,000,000 mPa·s depending on the rotor

– 0.3 rpm: up to 2,000,000 mPa·s

– 0.6 rpm: up to 1,000,000 mPa·s

– 1.5 rpm: up to 400,000 mPa·s

– 6 rpm: up to 100,000 mPa·s
