Digital Rotational Viscometer 10-2000000mPas

The Nahita digital rotational viscometer, models 810/2 and 810/20, is designed for the precise measurement of dynamic viscosity in a wide variety of fluids, including oils, paints, emulsions, and complex formulations. It offers an extended measurement range of 10 to 2,000,000 mPa·s (cP), adapting to applications ranging from low-viscosity liquids to highly dense substances.

The equipment incorporates an electronically controlled stepper motor that guarantees uniform and stable rotation, allowing selection between eight speeds: 0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, and 60 rpm. This versatility facilitates adjusting measurement conditions according to the characteristics of the analyzed fluid.

It features an accuracy of ±1 % and a repeatability of 0.5 % in Newtonian fluids, with a minimum resolution of 1 mPa·s. The 16-bit microchip-based technology provides precise system control, surpassing traditional speed regulation methods.

The Autorun function automatically identifies the optimal rotor and speed combination through sequential testing, optimizing measurement accuracy. The equipment also has a backlit LCD screen, intuitive interface, and RS232 connection for data transfer.

Its robust structure includes a metallic base with a bubble level for precise alignment, a column with a rack-and-pinion system, and a metallic fixing clamp that guarantees stability during use. It is supplied with a spindle support and a durable aluminum case for transport and storage.

Two versions are presented:

– Model 810/2: includes rotors 1, 2, 3, and 4

– Model 810/20: includes rotors 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4, with rotor 0 being specific for low-viscosity fluids

Both models incorporate a rotor protector and a temperature sensor.
