The Nahita series 810 digital rotational viscometer, available in versions 810/1 and 810/10, is designed for the precise determination of viscosity in a wide range of fluids, with a measurement range of 10 to 100,000 mPa·s (cP). It is an essential tool in laboratory analysis and quality control in sectors such as chemical, cosmetic, food, and petrochemical.
The equipment incorporates an electronically controlled stepper motor that guarantees a stable and precise rotation speed, selectable among 6, 12, 30, and 60 rpm. It offers an accuracy of ±1% and a repeatability of 0.5% in Newtonian fluids, with a minimum resolution of 1 mPa·s.
It integrates digital technology with a 16-bit microchip, providing superior performance compared to traditional systems. The Autorun function automatically identifies the optimal rotor and speed combination through sequential tests, optimizing measurement accuracy.
The instrument features a backlit LCD screen, intuitive interface, and RS232 connection for integration with external systems. Its robust design includes a base with a bubble level for precise alignment, a column with a rack-and-pinion system for height adjustment, and a metal fastening clamp that ensures stability during use.
It is supplied in two configurations:
– Model 810/1: includes rotors 1, 2, 3, and 4
– Model 810/10: includes rotors 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4, with rotor 0 being specific for low-viscosity fluids
Both versions include a rotor protector and temperature sensor, in addition to a reinforced aluminum case for transport and storage.
The equipment allows for the analysis of a wide variety of substances, such as oils, lubricants, paints, varnishes, and chemical solutions, facilitating the evaluation of rheological behavior and process optimization.
