Analog Heating Mantle
Nahita Blue analog heating mantle model 655 for controlled laboratory heating.
Temperature adjustable up to 370 °C via manual control. Robust structure with mineral fiber insulation and chrome-nickel resistors.
The Nahita Blue analogue heating mantle model 655 is equipment designed for the uniform and controlled heating of liquids in round-bottom flasks, being especially suitable for distillation, evaporation, digestion, and extraction applications in research laboratories, quality control, and educational environments. Its regulation system allows for a progressive temperature increase, ensuring homogeneous thermal distribution that contributes to preserving the integrity of the glassware and improving safety during use.
The external structure is made of stainless steel, which provides high mechanical resistance and facilitates cleaning and maintenance tasks. Inside, it incorporates thermal insulation based on high-quality mineral fiber wool, which reduces heat loss and optimizes the energy efficiency of the equipment. The heating elements, made of chrome-nickel alloy, ensure uniform thermal transmission and a long service life even under intensive use conditions.
Heating control is carried out using an analogue power regulator, which allows the temperature to be easily adjusted up to an approximate maximum of 370 °C. It has light indicators that inform about the operating status, facilitating operational control. It also integrates a rod support that allows the installation of accessories such as condensation systems or other experimental setups.
Available in different capacities, this equipment adapts to various work needs, offering a reliable, stable, and efficient solution for processes that require continuous and precise heating in the laboratory.
