Epifluorescence Microscope: Series 158 and 358
Zuzi Series 158/358 Fluorescence microscopes with infinite optics and trinocular head.
High precision for biomedical analysis with fluorescence illumination. Advanced optical system with multiple filter configurations.
Zuzi Fluorescence Microscopes Series 158/358 are laboratory equipment designed for advanced observation using fluorescence techniques, allowing the analysis of cellular structures and biomolecules labeled with fluorochromes in biomedical research, clinical diagnosis, and molecular biology settings. Their infinite correction optical system provides high sharpness, high contrast, and excellent uniformity across the entire visual field.
The equipment incorporates a trinocular head with adjustable inclination between 0° and 45°, along with interpupillary regulation and individual diopter compensation, ensuring comfortable viewing during prolonged sessions. The six-position revolving nosepiece is equipped with plan achromatic objectives optimized for fluorescence, allowing work with different magnifications and obtaining precise results in the observation of complex samples.
The fluorescence system is based on the excitation of molecules by specific wavelength radiation, generating detectable light emission. For this purpose, the microscope integrates an optical assembly composed of excitation filters, a dichroic mirror, and emission filters, which allow selecting and isolating the fluorescent signal, improving image quality and reducing interference.
The illumination combines an LED source for transmitted light with specific systems for fluorescence, providing homogeneous and controlled illumination. The Abbe condenser with a numerical aperture of 1.25 and adjustable diaphragm allows optimizing resolution and contrast under different observation conditions. The mechanical double-movement stage facilitates precise positioning of the sample, with smooth and controlled movements.
This equipment is especially suitable for applications such as fluorescent staining, immunofluorescence, cell and molecular biology studies, pathology diagnosis, and genetic analysis using techniques like FISH. Its robust and stable structure ensures reliability during continuous use, while its ergonomic design favors operability in demanding environments.
The 158/358 Series offers a versatile and high-performance platform, compatible with multiple filtering configurations and adapted to different fluorochromes, providing a precise, advanced, and reliable solution for laboratories requiring fluorescence analysis with maximum optical quality.
