The Nahita model 10/16 electrophoresis power supply is designed to provide regulated direct current in molecular analysis applications such as DNA, RNA, and protein electrophoresis, Western blot techniques, two-dimensional electrophoresis, and semi-dry transfer. Its digital control system allows for precise and stable management of operating parameters, adapting to different experimental protocols.

The equipment incorporates a processor that allows selection among three operating modes: constant voltage, constant current, or constant power, guaranteeing stable working conditions throughout the entire process. The backlit LCD screen simultaneously displays the programmed values and real-time data, facilitating continuous control of the experiment.

It features a programmable timer that allows setting work intervals with pause and resume functions, optimizing the reproducibility of the assays. Furthermore, it integrates internal memory capable of storing up to 10 configurable programs, streamlining the repetition of common protocols.

The system has four parallel outputs, allowing simultaneous connection of up to four electrophoresis tanks. It incorporates multiple intelligent protection mechanisms that detect anomalous conditions such as absence of load, overload, short circuit, impedance variations, or overheating, guaranteeing safe and reliable operation.
