Water Distiller 4 Litres/Hour Quartz Resistance

The automatic water distiller with quartz resistance is equipment designed for the continuous production of high-purity distilled water in laboratory, sanitary, teaching, and industrial environments.

Its system incorporates a 2,500 W quartz heating element, which allows generating a constant flow rate of 4 liters per hour, guaranteeing stable and efficient operation in applications that require continuous supply.

The water obtained has an approximate conductivity of 2 μS/cm at 20 °C, making it suitable for the preparation of chemical solutions, elaboration of microbiological media, and final rinsing of laboratory material, as it is free of metallic ions and pyrogens.

The structure of the equipment is manufactured entirely from borosilicate glass, which provides high chemical resistance and thermal stability, ensuring durability even under intensive use conditions.

It has an automatic protection system that interrupts operation in case of lack of cooling water flow, preventing damage to the resistance and guaranteeing safe operation.

The equipment requires a feed water flow of approximately 1.0 liter per minute and is supplied with a support for wall installation, facilitating its integration into workspaces with surface limitations.

Thanks to its compact dimensions (550 × 150 × 500 mm) and its reduced weight of 4 kg, it is easy to install and maintain.

Maintenance is limited to periodic cleaning operations, the frequency of which will depend on the quality of the inlet water, as well as checking the filtration system to ensure optimal performance.
