RS-0424 Digital Centrifuge

The RS-0424 digital benchtop centrifuge is a low-speed unit designed for applications in healthcare, clinical, and research settings that require speed, precision, and versatility. Its compact size and adaptable architecture allow it to be easily integrated into different laboratory spaces, offering reliable performance in sample separation processes.

The unit operates in a speed range between 500 and 4000rpm, with increments of 100rpm and an accuracy of ±100rpm, reaching a maximum relative centrifugal force of 2500×g. This capacity allows for precise adjustment of parameters according to the type of sample or protocol. It stands out especially for its dynamic performance, with an acceleration time of approximately 3 seconds and a deceleration of 4 seconds, which optimizes work times and improves laboratory productivity.

Equipped with a brushless induction motor, the RS-0424 guarantees continuous, maintenance-free operation, reducing operating costs and increasing equipment durability. Its low noise level, less than 62dB, makes it suitable for environments where acoustic comfort is relevant.

The user interface includes an LED screen that simultaneously displays speed and time, facilitating clear and immediate process control. The programmable timer covers a range of 1 to 99 minutes, including the continuous operation function (HOLD mode), providing flexibility in executing different assays.

The unit integrates an acoustic notification system that activates both at the end of the cycle and when interacting with the lid, improving the user experience. Additionally, it has automatic internal diagnosis that constantly monitors the operating status, ensuring a safe and controlled environment.

It is supplied without rotors, allowing the unit to be configured according to the specific needs of the laboratory. It is compatible with different interchangeable rotors, both swing-out and fixed-angle, which allow working with a wide variety of tubes, from small-volume formats to 50ml tubes. It also incorporates predefined programs optimized for common applications such as blood, urine, or fecal sample analysis, facilitating process standardization and reducing the margin of error in configuration.
