Analogue Magnetic Stirrer with Heating 3C

The RS-3C magnetic stirrer with heating is a laboratory equipment designed to provide a reliable and versatile solution in applications that require simultaneous stirring and heating. It incorporates an 184×184 mm ceramic glass platform, highly resistant to high temperatures and chemical agents, with an effective heating zone of 176×176 mm. It allows working with volumes up to 20 liters, adapting to a wide variety of containers and processes.

The heating system covers a range from ambient temperature up to 550 °C, with an adjustment accuracy of ±1 °C. Thermal regulation is managed through an advanced control system that ensures stability and repeatability in processes. Additionally, it integrates an automatic thermal protection system that interrupts heating when the established safety limit is reached.

The stirring speed is adjustable between 0 and 1500 rpm, providing homogeneous movement even under high load conditions. The high-performance motor ensures continuous and stable operation for long periods of work.

The equipment has an LED screen that facilitates clear visualization of operating parameters, allowing precise control and real-time adjustments.

In terms of safety, it has an IP42 rating, which provides protection against splashes and solid particles, ensuring reliable operation in laboratory environments.

Optionally, a Pt1000 temperature probe can be used to improve the accuracy of thermal control. Both the probe and its mounting bracket are supplied separately.
