The digital incubator with orbital shaking is designed for applications requiring precise temperature and movement control in compact formats, being especially suitable for assays with microplates, cell cultures, and techniques such as ELISA or PCR.
The orbital shaking system offers an adjustable speed range between 200 and 1,200 rpm, with a radial displacement of 3 mm that provides gentle and uniform mixing. Its capacity allows working with volumes of up to approximately 84 ml, as well as simultaneously housing up to four microplates using a central rubber fixing system.
The temperature control covers from ambient +3 °C to +70 °C, allowing its use in both moderate conditions and thermal incubation. In applications within refrigerators or controlled environments, the equipment operates efficiently in lower ranges, adapting to different experimental protocols.
It incorporates a programmable timer from 1 minute up to 99 hours and 59 minutes, with the option of continuous operation. In addition, it has a configurable intermittent shaking mode, with intervals from 30 to 99 seconds, which allows optimizing processes that require alternating shaking cycles.
The digital control facilitates the precise adjustment of all operating parameters, while its compact design—365 × 289 × 152 mm—allows for simple integration into reduced workspaces. With an energy consumption of 276 W, it offers an efficient balance between performance and consumption.
