The polycarbonate desiccator with manometer is equipment designed for the conservation of samples in anhydrous conditions by using desiccating agents such as silica gel or calcium chloride.

Made of high-strength polycarbonate, it offers excellent mechanical durability and allows working under vacuum conditions of up to -740 mmHg, maintaining a minimal pressure loss (≤ 20 mmHg in 24 hours), which guarantees a stable and controlled environment.

The transparent cover facilitates continuous observation of the contents without interrupting the process. It incorporates a precision manometer that allows monitoring the vacuum level at all times, providing reliable operational control.

The sealing system is achieved through a food-grade silicone O-ring, ensuring effective sealing without the need for lubrication. This design simplifies maintenance and improves safety in use.

Inside, the desiccator has a separating disc with a diameter of 235 mm that allows placing the samples above the desiccating agent, promoting a homogeneous distribution of the dry environment.

The equipment includes two rubber hoses for direct connection to vacuum systems, facilitating its integration into standard laboratory setups.
