Retort Stand for Imhoff Cone and Separation Funnel

The stand with base for separatory funnels and Imhoff cones is a clamping system designed to guarantee stability and safety during laboratory operations such as phase separation, decanting, and sedimentation tests. This set provides a complete and robust solution for the vertical positioning of containers.

The system is composed of a rectangular base of 250 × 150 mm made of iron with a black finish, which provides excellent stability, along with a chromed vertical rod 600 mm high and 10 mm in diameter. This configuration ensures a solid and reliable structure for daily work.

It includes a closed chrome-plated steel ring with a 120 mm diameter (approximate internal diameter of 105 mm), designed to safely hold separatory funnels and Imhoff cones. The ring is supplied without an integrated bosshead, so it requires attachment using a double bosshead included in the set.

The double bosshead, made of zinc-coated steel, allows for vertical adjustment of the ring along the rod, facilitating adaptation to different working heights. Its adjustment system using blue plastic knobs offers a comfortable and precise adjustment, with a maximum opening of 13 mm.

This stand is compatible with a wide variety of laboratory applications, from water analysis with an Imhoff cone to liquid-liquid separation operations with separatory funnels.
