PP28 screw closures with syringe access are designed to allow aseptic and controlled extraction of solutions without the need to open the container, preserving the sterility and integrity of the contents. Manufactured from pharmaceutical-grade polypropylene (PP), they offer high chemical resistance, durability, and compatibility with autoclave sterilization processes up to 135 °C.
These systems provide a secure, airtight seal, complemented by a tamper-evident ring that guarantees no prior manipulation. They are especially suitable for pharmaceutical, analytical, and laboratory applications where maximum security in liquid handling is required.
They are presented in two different configurations:
• Model with integrated thermoplastic membrane (ref. 076.006): incorporates a top opening with a self-sealing TPE insert that allows direct needle puncture. After extraction, the membrane regains its original shape, maintaining the tight seal and protection of the contents.
• Modular system with independent stopper (ref. 076.007-N / 076.007-B): composed of a PP28 closure with a seal and a polyethylene (PELD) dosing stopper. This system allows extraction by syringe without unscrewing the cap, guaranteeing sealing and control in dosing.
Both solutions are designed for use with glass bottles with PP28 thread, offering compatibility and optimal performance in demanding environments. The technical design allows multiple extractions while maintaining aseptic conditions, reducing contamination risks and improving operational efficiency.
These closures represent an advanced solution for the safe handling of liquids in laboratories, the pharmaceutical industry, and quality control, combining precision, safety, and reliability in every use.
