JIPO porcelain crucibles with elevated geometry are designed for applications requiring high thermal and chemical resistance, such as melting, calcination, incineration, or carbonization processes in the laboratory and industry.

Made of high-quality refractory porcelain, mainly composed of clay, quartz, and feldspar, they offer excellent structural stability even under direct flame exposure or sudden temperature changes. Their maximum working temperature reaches up to 1350 °C in the absence of glaze and approximately 1000 °C in glazed areas.

The design features a glazed coating—except on the base—which provides a smooth, waterproof, and easy-to-clean surface, in addition to improving resistance against acids, bases, and most chemical agents. This characteristic facilitates maintenance and extends the product's lifespan.

Their elongated geometry favors better handling and heat distribution, making them especially suitable for the treatment of chemical materials, metals, and alloys, including noble metals like gold and silver.

These crucibles comply with international standards such as EN 1183 and ISO 1775, ensuring quality and reliability in demanding environments. They are available in different sizes, with approximate capacities between 2.5 ml and 62 ml, adapting to various experimental and productive needs.

They are commonly used in analytical chemistry, metallurgy, ceramic, pharmaceutical industries, and educational fields, where a resistant, durable material capable of withstanding extreme working conditions is required.
