The JIPO Büchner funnel is a device designed for filtration and separation operations in the laboratory, especially in combination with vacuum systems that allow the process to be accelerated and its effectiveness improved.
Manufactured from high-quality technical porcelain, it offers excellent resistance to chemical agents and thermal variations, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding work environments.
This model incorporates a porcelain filtering disc that facilitates the placement of filter paper, allowing for efficient solid-liquid phase separation. Its use with a Kitasato flask and a vacuum system—pump or water jet pump—significantly optimizes performance compared to gravity filtration.
The material used corresponds to category C110 porcelain, conforming to the Czech standard CSN 60672-3, composed of clay, quartz, and feldspar (3Al₂O₃·2SiO₂). This composition provides high structural stability and a long service life even under intensive use conditions.
The funnel complies with international standards EN 1183 and ISO 1775, ensuring dimensional precision and manufacturing quality in scientific and technical applications.
Available in different sizes, it adapts to multiple working volumes and experimental needs in chemistry, biology, and teaching laboratories.
The JIPO Büchner funnel constitutes a robust and professional solution for filtration processes that require precision, resistance, and operational reliability.
