This metallic clamp constitutes a specialized fastening element for laboratory reactors whose capacity is adapted to 100 mm diameter equipment. Its main function is to maintain a hermetic and reliable union between the lid and the body of the reactor, providing stability during operations. Made with high-strength metal, it is capable of withstanding the rigors of chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial environments. The compact and resistant design of this piece ensures the structural integrity of the system and minimizes the risks of leakage. Technical specifications: • Classification: Reactor clamp • Composition: High-strength metal • Dimensional compatibility: 100 mm • Purpose: Stable and hermetic fastening between reactor components
Cell counting or hemocytometric chambers without a clip system are designed for the direct quantification of cells and particles in suspension, being instruments widely used in hematology, microbiology, research, and teaching. Manufactured from high-quality optical glass, they incorporate double-line reticles engraved using laser technology, ensuring high precision and definition in the counting areas.
Unlike models with clips, these chambers use a direct support system for the coverslip on polished platforms, establishing the measurement volume using standardized coverslips 0.4 mm thick. This design allows for more agile and simple handling, although it requires correct manual placement to avoid deviations in the analysis volume or the formation of bubbles.
The chambers comply with the DIN 12847 standard and have CE marking, making them suitable for in vitro diagnostic applications in professional settings. They are supplied in an individual case with two coverslips included, facilitating their conservation and immediate use. The range includes different reticle configurations, including Neubauer, Improved Neubauer, Bürker, Thoma, and Fuchs-Rosenthal, adapting to different cell analysis methods.
The measurement system is based on a controlled distance between the chamber base and the coverslip, with strict tolerances that ensure reproducible results. Metrological precision includes depth variations within ±2% and high accuracy in the tracing of the reticles, allowing for reliable counts in demanding analytical procedures.
Additionally, an economical Neubauer Improved ECO version is available, intended for educational or demonstrative uses. This variant maintains the basic geometry of the system but does not have DIN certification or CE marking, so it is not recommended for clinical or diagnostic applications.
A specific variant for semen analysis is also included, with a defined volume of 0.1 µl, a 0.1 × 0.1 mm reticle, and a chamber thickness of 0.01 mm, designed for specialized evaluations in reproductive biology.
These clip-less chambers constitute an effective solution for laboratories that require speed of use, versatility, and precision, provided that correct coverslip handling technique is maintained.
