Bottle Dispenser with Recirculation Valve

The Dosyproof bottle dispenser is a dosing system designed to transfer liquid volumes with precision and safety in laboratory environments. Its versatile design allows it to work with bottles of different sizes thanks to its standard GL45 connection and the use of polypropylene adapters compatible with GL25, GL28, GL32, GL38, and S40 necks.

The equipment offers an adjustable dispensing range between 0.5 ml and 5 ml, with increments of 0.1 ml, allowing the volume to be accurately adapted to the needs of the procedure. Its graduated scale facilitates precise adjustment, while the 360° rotating dispensing nozzle improves ergonomics and allows comfortable work with different containers.

The telescopic aspiration tube adjusts to bottles with heights between 170 mm and 300 mm, expanding its compatibility and facilitating its integration into different laboratory configurations. Furthermore, it incorporates a safety lock system and an internal recirculation valve that optimizes system priming and improves operability.

The dispenser has been calibrated according to ISO 8655 standard in an ISO 17025 accredited facility, and includes its corresponding calibration certificate, which guarantees metrological reliability in demanding applications. Its accuracy is ±25 µl within the specified operating range.

It is manufactured with high chemical resistance materials, such as PTFE, PFA, FEP, and PP, which gives it excellent durability and compatibility with numerous reagents. It also supports thermal disinfection with steam up to 120 °C at 1.05 bar for a maximum of 20 minutes.

The equipment can be used with liquids with a maximum density of 2.2 g/cm³ and a kinematic viscosity of up to 500 mm²/s, making it a suitable solution for laboratories that require precision, robustness, and flexibility in their dosing processes.
