The RS LAB 100pro rotary evaporator is a high-performance digital equipment designed for the controlled evaporation of solvents in laboratory applications, allowing the obtaining of concentrated extracts with maximum efficiency and preservation of their physicochemical properties. Its system integrates a 5-liter heating bath compatible with water or oil, capable of reaching temperatures up to 180 °C with a precision of ±1 °C, guaranteeing thermal stability throughout the process.

The equipment incorporates a rotation system adjustable between 20 and 280 rpm with the possibility of rotation in both directions, optimizing thin film formation and promoting fast and uniform evaporation. Control is carried out through a large format LCD screen that allows simultaneous visualization of speed, temperature, and time, facilitating precise monitoring of operating parameters.

It has a programmable timer between 1 and 999 minutes, which allows automating work cycles and improving the reproducibility of processes. The motorized lifting system offers a displacement of 150 mm with automatic positioning, providing safe and efficient handling during immersion or withdrawal of the flask.

The removable control panel allows for more flexible and comfortable operation, while USB connectivity facilitates integration with computer systems for control and data logging. The set includes 1-liter evaporating and receiving flasks, adapting to a wide variety of applications in chemistry, biotechnology, and extraction processes.

The sealing system incorporates a PTFE coating with a tension spring that guarantees excellent hermeticity and chemical resistance, allowing work with organic solvents of different natures.
