The borosilicate glass 3.3 bottles with ISO GL32 thread are designed to offer precision, resistance, and reliability in laboratory applications. Manufactured according to the DIN ISO 4796 standard, they provide stable behavior against thermal variations and chemical agents, being suitable for a wide variety of analytical procedures.
Borosilicate glass 3.3 exhibits high chemical inertness against water, saline solutions, acids, alkalis, and organic compounds, maintaining the integrity of the samples even under demanding conditions. It is only sensitive to hydrofluoric acid and concentrated bases at high temperatures.
These containers incorporate high-visibility silkscreen graduations, an identification area, and a traceability system using a code, facilitating the control and monitoring of samples in the laboratory. Their design allows for approximate measurements and dosing operations with greater precision.
The GL32 closure system includes a blue polypropylene cap and a non-drip pouring ring, providing a secure seal and preventing spills during handling. The PP components are resistant to sterilization cycles, supporting autoclaving up to 121 °C and higher temperatures under controlled conditions.
The bottles allow for steam sterilization up to 134 °C, guaranteeing adequate hygienic conditions for scientific applications. Available in clear and amber versions, as well as in different volumes, they adapt to multiple storage and work needs.
