The 3-position glass multiple filtration ramp is designed to perform simultaneous filtrations under negative pressure, optimizing analysis and quality control processes in laboratories across the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and environmental sectors. Compatible with 47 mm diameter filter membranes, it allows working with three samples in parallel, improving operational efficiency.

The main body is manufactured from borosilicate glass 3.3, a material that provides excellent thermal and chemical resistance, ensuring durability and stability during use. Each station incorporates a 300 ml capacity funnel and an independent glass stopcock valve with a 90° closure, allowing each filtration process to be controlled autonomously or simultaneously according to user needs.

The structure rests on a firm enameled iron base, with stainless steel fastening elements protected by elastomeric coating, ensuring stability and safety during operation. The design optimizes the space between positions, facilitating access and handling of the funnels and filter holders.

The system has a common outlet with a 10 mm olive-type connection for coupling to a vacuum pump using an appropriate tube, allowing for fast, uniform, and efficient filtration. The filter holder is fixed using an elastomeric stopper, while the funnel is secured by a clamp, guaranteeing a watertight seal during the process.

The equipment can be disassembled into its different components to facilitate cleaning tasks. Glass parts are suitable for autoclave sterilization, while plastic and elastomeric elements must be treated with appropriate cleaning methods to preserve their integrity.
